14 Start and finish at A.D. Farrow Harley-Davidson
NorthStar, BBQ party at the end! Raising funds for
Chldren’s Hospital and OSU Medical Center and their
efforts to work with kids and doing research for
brittle bone disease. Further, OSU and Children’s are 1
and 2 interms of ranknig for research on the disease.
The after-ride event will be very family friendly, with
entertainment and food (including ribs ... get it...

Washington
Join
us to ride from Minnesota to Washington, DC to visit
The Wall, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Arlington
National Cemetery and other sites. Return trip includes
Skyline Drive, Blue Ridge Parkway, Deal’s Gap and
Dollywood. Motorcycles and support vehicles will leave
St Paul, MN on Saturday, June 14 and return Friday,
June 27. The lead group of Minnesota Patriot Guard

Wright Patterson AFB Museum in Dayton
Ohio.
This ride could start with a breakfast get together at
the Cracker Barrel Old Country Restaurant at 1313
Hilliard Rome Rd, Columbus, OH (614) 878-2027 off of
I-70 West and we leave for the Museum from there.
Welcome to the National Museum of the United States Air
Force. Prepare to have a high-flying time at the
world’s largest and oldest military aviation museum!

Heroes Memorial Ride

Annual Ohio Fallen Heroes Memorial Charity Poker Run
Sponsored by AD Farrow Harley Davidson and Ricart.com
Ride begins at: A. D. Farrow Harley Davidson, SR37 and
I-71 in Sunbury. Registration begins at 10:00 am and
the last bike goes out at 12:00 noon. The ride will go
through the countryside with several stops. Ride fee is
$25.00 for the rider and $15.00 for a passenger.
Winning hand is awarded $750.00. The second place hand
will be awarded $350.00 and third place will be
$100.00. Ride ends with live music, silent auction,
vendors, 50/50 raffle and more. All proceeds benefit
the Ohio Fallen Heroes Memorial http://www.ohiofallenheroes.org/

the scholarship fund for the children or our fallen.

July 13th’s After Meeting Ride
(DEPENDING ON WEATHER), Our OH5 group will take a scenic ride to the Hocking Hills of Southern Ohio. Jimbo’s Tavern can be one of our targets. See: www.hockinghills.com
One of our stops must be Jimbos Restaurant. The bar is in a one stop sign town in the thick of the Hocking Hills in Hocking County Ohio. The back roads leading to Jimbo’s are all paved and very twisty and curvy. There is a state park called Old Man’s Cave near by. The exact route of this trip is being worked out by OH5 Road Captains.

RED KNIGHTS AT GETTYSBURG 2008
Description: Pa. chapter 12 is once again hosting the RED KNIGHTS AT GETTYSBURG in 2008.
Rooms are now available we have a block of rooms reserved at the Eisenhower which is where most things will start from and the dinner will be held. To get a room in the block call 1-800-776-8349 Mon-Fri. 8-4 and ask for Marylou or Tina, if you want the better price you must tell them you want a room out of the block which is listed under (RED KNIGHTS PA. 12).
We will once again have a motorcycle guided battlefield tours with a licensed tour guide, a dinner, and the ride to the fallen firefighter memorial on Sat. In 2007 we had over 200 people sign up for the ride to the memorial. Self guided tours will also be available and this event coincides with Gettysburg bike week. They have lots to offer also live bands, vendors, in 2007 Harley had the demo fleet there and Budweiser had the Clydesdales there. There is plenty to do and a nice area for riding. Watch the International web site for details about registering for this event and the costs. Hope to see you in July.

3 DAY/2 NIGHT Niagara Falls Trip for RK OH5.

See: www.infoniagara.com NOTICE- This trip will leave early Friday morning on July 18th for the Niagara Falls area after a breakfast meeting for OH5. We will return late Sunday afternoon on July 20th. There are many activities, casinos and restaurants in the area as well as the Niagara Falls themselves. Bring your camera! OH5 Road Captains will attempt to acquire group motel rates for lodging so we can all stay together as a group. THE CLOSING DATE TO SIGN UP FOR THIS RIDE IS: JUNE 10TH, 2008. Join hundreds of other motorcyclists for a scenic ride through scenic Union County across many of the area’s famous covered bridges. You’ll have a great time while raising funds for the PBTF’s medical research and family support programs! Riders on all makes and models are welcome.
Registration opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 8:45. The police-escorted ride starts at 9 a.m. sharp, rain or shine!
The ride loops back to HAM. After a light lunch, participants will enjoy a Celebration of Life program that features interviews with young brain tumor survivorsčthe Ride for Kids© “stars” of the day. Award presentations to top fundraisers and distribution of premiums will follow.
The minimum donation to ride is $35, but the more money you raise, the more premiums you earn. For each $300 you raise, your name will be entered into a drawing for a brand-new Honda motorcycle! For more information, call 800-253-6530.
