3rd Annual Never Forget 9/11 Ride and Ceremony
Staging begins 8AM at Cleveland HD Sales Company, Lake Erie HD , South East HD and Western Reserve HD and will depart at 9:30 Am for Eastlake Ohio . Ceremony begins at 11:00 AM behind Eastlake City Hall ( 35150 Lakeshore Boulevard ). Upon conclusion of Ceremony riders will ride in procession to Western Reserve HD for food and entertainment from 12:30 to 3 PM.

Champaign County Barn Quilt Tour and Poker Run
What is the Barn Quilt Tour?
The Barn Quilt tour is a driving tour where you can view 60 barns each with 8ft x 8ft wooden quilt patterns adhered to them. In addition, five of the barns will be open to the public. Each of these barns will include various displays. Just let us know that you will be visiting and how many people you will be bringing with you.

and take you to all five of Greene County’s remaining covered bridges. This tour avoids the more heavily traveled roads.

July 13th’s After Meeting Ride 3 UNIT DAY
(DEPENDING ON WEATHER), Our OH5 group will take a scenic ride to the Hocking Hills of Southern Ohio. Jimbo’s Tavern can be one of our targets. See: www.hockinghills.com One of our stops must be Jimbos Tavern. The bar is in a one stop sign town in the thick of the Hocking Hills in Hocking County Ohio. The back roads leading to Jimbo’s are all paved and very twisty and curvy. There is a state park called Old Man’s Cave near by. The exact route of this trip is being worked out by OH5 Road Captains.
NOTE: Ohio State Firefighters Association’s Youth Programs Committee invited the OH5 Knights to visit the Ohio Youth Fire & EMS Academy during their our after-meeting ride to the Nelsonville area in July. The idea was very enthusiastically welcomed. In fact, the committee would like to invite all of the riders to enjoy an opening night cookout with the academy students, and all riders will be given an academy pin to wear on their vests. An example of the pin will be at the February OH5 Knights meeting.

November’s Ride (SPECIAL)
(DEPENDING ON WEATHER), Our OH5 group will attend the 3rd Annual Rose Olson Toy Run! Rose Olson was a beloved member of both the A.D. Farrow Co. and Centennial Park Harley-Davidson “families” who passed away. In her honor the CPHD Ladies of Harley will hold this ride for the West Licking Fire Department’s toy drive, which helps kids in the Licking County area. Location for start is pending. Bring a new, unwrapped toy, or go into Target and buy lots of them! More details on this ride to follow. Ride dates and times will be posted here or watch the calendars of the sites below. This ride could start with a breakfast get together at the Cracker Barrel Old Country Restaurant at 1313 Hilliard Rome Rd, Columbus, OH (614) 878-2027 off of I-70 West and leave for the Museum from there.
