The event began at the Western Reserve Fire Museum and
Educational Center located at the intersection of
Carnegie and Ontario, in downtown Cleveland Ohio across
from Jacobs Field.

& women who enjoy riding motorcycles.
Deputy Brandy Winfield was shot and killed after being
dispatched to check on a disabled vehicle on State
Route 423.

run. There were at last count well over 500 bikes. We
can only imagine what it will be like this year.

Belleville Police Department Belleville, IL Sergeant
Jon Brough has been a member of the Belleville Police
Department for 28 years. He is a decorated officer who
has been awarded "Certificates of Commendation" by both
the Justice Department and the State of Illinois for
work drug investigations. Sgt. Brough is a devoted
family man with two sons. He was very active in both
his department and community before being critically
wounded in the line of duty last November. He was
attempting to arrest a suspect in a double homicide
investigation when he was shot in the face by a shotgun
and required six hours of surgery. Brough was left
permanently blind with major damage to both the bone
and soft tissue of his face. Sgt. Brough has been a
union leader and D.A.R.E. instructor. He served on the
board of his local teen center and coached both Little
League and grade school sports. Sgt. Brough is a
council member of his church and a member of "The Blue
Knights" motorcycle club. Sgt. Brough was named Officer
of the Year in 2006 by the Belleville Optimists Club.
